You are talking complete f*cking arse!
I loved my time playing Rugby at University (all three of them I attended), but I love football as well. Soem people have the intelligence to like more than one sport!

who said i was talking about every single rugger lover in the whole wide world? sorry about that!

... So many thick, ignorant knuckle dragging Morons as football does.

I quite often go to Crcket and and Rugby League you get a few people there with stpid comments but overall behaviour etc is pretty good but at football my god......... You really do get a different class of nobhead. Swearing at and abusing police and stewards, calling players ***** in front of kids and that's their own players. nearly fighting and in some cases coming to blows with others supporting the same team (Charlton away last season). This is not a dig at Brighton but soem elements of football "supporters" in general I am just saying i have not witnessed this in other sports.

The only sport that comes close is Boxing. Most football grounds are tool-magnates.

Rugby attracts a whole different type of dickhead! a worse dickhead IMO! it's an ok sport but its not that great.

golf attracts the fat amercan dickheads who shout 'GET IN THE HOLE' after every swing.

tennis attracts the posh dickheads! i love tennis but couldnt deal with the idiots who think they're better than they actually are.

Too many stereotypes, generalities and downright bullshit in your posts on this subject to be true - but hey if it makes you feel superior to the people who haven't had the fortune to escape their working-class ghettoes then you carry on!!

Like I said in my 2nd post I'm not tarring everyone with the same brush, most of my family are from estates and are decent people as are others I know. Growing up in a council estate is tough and character building. My point was there is a large percentage of council estate people/families that are absolute scum. I see parents behaving like animals in front of kids and toddlers on public transport round Western Road and even at the Albion and I think to myself what chance have these kids got with parents like these.

Because football is attended by a larger number of low income families (how I don't know its f***ing expensive nowadays) then cricket and rugby there is a huge difference in the atmosphere and appreciation of the game and respect towards officials and the opposition.

Agreed - To many wanna be Danny Dyer's around. I've seen quite a few rucks out of the ring amongst factions of the crowd at numerous events. I would imagine Bethnal Green gets pretty tasty at certain times.

here hare here
There were some thick cunts leaving early at the back of the north stand that got their neanderthal knickers in a twist when challenged.

It made me despair to be honest. I couldn't believe the groans I heard when we had to play the ball back to keep possession, some people are just morons that no nothing about football. There should be an IQ test handed out with each season ticket form in my opinion.

if there was a IQ test for season tickets and a spelling/grammar test for NSC membership, i think everyone would be happier... the lack of capitals in my posts is a choice, not a mistake. :p

So your saying more low income families go to cricket and rugby? - get real. I'll research it but the demographic for those two sports is completely different.

Mate - You may well be right but all I'm saying is that you are again generalising without any statistical evidence!! For instance, do you really think followers of Rugby League up north are all mid to high income families?!

I don't need statistical evidence when the answer is fairly obvious - I was thinking more Union then league as that is a more working class sport (again I have no statistical evidence to back this up)
