The b2net was a brownfield site (former glassworks) that the council was desperate for us to move too, it sailed through the planning process.

Whilst it can't quite match Saltergate for location (edge of town centre) it's not a bad second best, plenty of pubs, good road links and a smashing design that has exceeded all our expectations.

Chesterfield's new stadium looks okay to me, don't see anything wrong with it.
