In my opinion they could all be replaced with better quality with no increase to the wages bill.

Greer I have suggested we need another CB as a priority
Bruno /Calderon either could fill the role of a normal defensive right back with the other as cover on the bench.
Holla/ Forster -Caskey adequate for the bench and the best they can hope for.
O Grady sell to Sheff Utd and use the money towards a 20+ goals a season man.
Baldock play as the support striker either beside or behind the main striker dependant on CH tactics.
