I can tell you that PT thought the gig was "f*cking brilliant".

Most surreal memory I have of the night, even after meeting him, was driving west along the seafront, and seeing Bruce at the bottom of West Street, walking back to his hotel alone (I was young, and MY hero was in MY home town).

The only thing that might have topped that, would have been Elvis shopping in Churchill Square. In 1981.
