OT - Is this a scam site

I know some of you guys are very clever at this internet stuff, so can you help.

I have been given this web site as proof of the authenticity of a financial firm, but the firms name cannot be found by Google and I am suspicious.

I reckon it's a scam. A lot of the site has been lifted from this website: http://www.leehamiltonint.com/enterprise_solutions.html

Compare both 'solutions' pages. And even that other site looks dodgy with web pages straight from 1999 and stock photos.

It's a generic scam site. I used to see them in support of references for job applicants in higher education.

Sounds like the follow up scam to the boiler house scam, where they attempt to milk you by pretendinfg to help you out of a hole, particularly nasty, I think there is somewhere you can report dodgy/fake companies etc at Action Fraud.

I ran the tel no 81 3 4520 9316 through Google and the second result gave me this page "Cold Calling" - Investors Alert http://www.fsa.go.jp/en/refer/cold/

Tel No's are always good to Google.
