Surely it makes sense in cheaper areas like seafood, peace haven, Newhaven etc people's budget will be lower. If they had much bigger budgets, you would imagine they would live in more expensive areas. Not being a snob just economic facts

Prepare to be flamed - you are not a real person are you.
If you are -------- get off NSC
I've seen smaller turds than you on many occasions :shit:

Tip:

If you have a small bathroom use larger tiles, this will give the illusion of space and the less grout lines the better. Once the grout lines start to discolour the grout lines will draw your eyes in and make the bathroom seem smaller.
Also don't go for floor to ceiling tiling. Go for a neutral colour tile and paint the rest of the walls. This waywhen you tire of your bathroom , you can just paint in a different colour and colour match the towels and then you have a new bathroom at half the price.

Think about access to pipework as well if something goes wrong, all well and good having everything boxed in and tiled but if something goes wrong, and eventually it will, you'll soon moan at the plumber if he has to rip the bath out, or tile bath panel to get to a broken pop up waste etc.

You have not been charged for this information.

Do u get out of bed on the wrong side ? Aggression I didn't think was tolerated on NSC. Maybe u should get off NSC until you learn how civilised people speak .

My mum calls it a 'wash-hand basin', which really tickles my wife. Guess she knows more than we thought!

I would rather hear it called a wash- hand basin than a sink
I'm sure I've seen wash hand basin or wash basin on site drawings before

Some excellent tips there.
One of my pet hates is tiled bath panels with no access to the pipe work, I've also seen floor tiles and laminate flooring fitted up to bath panels, the only way to remove the panel is to cut it.
I've also seen many MDF and timber bath panels stuck on with Gripfill.

Plenty of new bathroom installations I have seen the installer hasn't bothered fitting any isolating valves or renewing the gate valves in the cylinder cupboard.

Do you know anyone good, who's not booked up that far? We want to get our downstairs toilet/sink/radiator replaced, with some tiling done too.
Little jobs like yours we can fit in-between the larger work.
Pm me and we will always give you advice and estimates.

Oh and three things i forgot to mention

1. If you source things yourself, run them past your plumber before you buy

2. Mr Bridger is well informed (and i suspect may be Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen)

3. Not nick rhodes is a palarse supporting **** who I suspect wouldn't be capable of sitting the right way round on a toilet seat and will be banned before the month is out

Hope this helps

I have lived in Brighton all my life. I have been a season to holder for almost 14 years, what I didn't expect is so many aggressive types on NSC. Just because u may be working class doesn't mean u have to behave like a yob.

Fabulous tomato chutney recipe

Ingredients
Serves: 40
2.75kg ripe tomatoes
775g sugar
8 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
4 tablespoons freshly grated root ginger
4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method
Prep:10min › Cook:1hr30min › Ready in:1hr40min
Remove the stems from the tomatoes and chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pan, and bring to the boil. Reduce the temperature and let simmer for 90 minutes without a lid.
Season to taste. Pour while still hot into sterilised jars and screw tightly closed. Turn the jars upside down and stand them on their lids. Allow them to cool completely.

Can u please tell me what I said that was so terrible ?

I wouldn't say it was terrible but post #55 your comments about Seaford are pretty clueless, I wasn't aggressive to you but you failed to back up your comments when I replied.
It also may surprise you but Peacehaven and Newhaven also have some large expensive homes, not hundreds but there are some.
I don't read all your posts on other threads but I do notice that you get a fair bit of stick.

Maybe some people think you come across as a ' look at me type '
