Who knows. South Africa certainly know how to embarrass themselves on a worldwide stage. Very poor decision.

The previous 1h 50m the judge was giving SA historical case after case (he probably cited 20 plus cases, that was why it was so bl00dy boring) as to why he reached the decision he did.
