Indeed. And for all the discussions and hand-wringing and back-and-forth over Gus' sacking, its barely been discussed the effect it has had on the players. Maybe several there there with hangovers from this summer's events.

To be honest I have never thought sacking Gus was a sensible idea but I do think any manager should be given a whole season before judging.
