Know your pain. I currently have attacks in both my right ankle and right elbow. I started a course of colchicine yesterday and as of 3 this afternoon I've been suffering with severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea. I've stopped all mess now and she's spent the last hour on the phone to NHS direct about it. It appears the my body doesn't like colchicine and wants it out, of any available exit.
