Things aren't that bad, are they?Wouldn't mind Nooney back right about now....
You might as well start counting the development squad midfielder's if it's quantity you're after. The fact remains Orlandi is an ATTACKING midfielder, we've been desperate for him to be back in the team to add balance as Oscar couldn't afford to use 2 wingers as part of his 4-3-3 because if one was injured we would be in the It's no coincidence we looked a threat when we had 2 wingers against Millwall. With Orlandi injured we're back to square one with a kid, an out of form Buckley and a struggling Kaz.Crofts - there's always one!! That's now 10 players.
The squad is stretched in the striker position, which is why the club have said one is coming in.
We are light on wingers but have managed with playing just one for two seasons, with March on the bench, we can scrape 3.
We might not be able to play expansive football with Crofts, Kemy, Andrews, Bridcutt, JFC, Buckley, Dave, KLL, Ince and Barnes, but we certainly are not thread bare.
It's up to Oscar to make it work, and I'm blooming well sure he can.
CMS and Hoskins aren't in the debate.
Things aren't that bad, are they?
Yes that'll do it, get the most crocked player ever back in the team, that'll ease the injury woes.
Orlandi is class and any team would miss him, nobody is arguing that point. You might as well start counting the development squad midfielder's if it's quantity you're after. So I'm expected to read every post? You obviously haven't looked very closely - post number 4 on this thread links to The Argus report on this story.
So I'm expected to read every post?
This is a disaster. The two players we cannot afford to lose are Ulloa and Kuszczak as we have no adequate replacements whatsoever and would lose matches as a direct result of either of them being out. After that, I rate Orlandi and Bridcutt as our only other two top-quality players. It's about time the 26,000 x £30+ was put to good use by signing one or two of the players we need.
So I'm expected to read every post?

Oscar has barely shown any desire to play 4-3-3 and even if he did he's certainly never played to a rigid formation.
We looked threatening when we had 2 wingers because Millwall came for a draw, got the bonus of a goal and were desperate to hold on to what they had. Who's to say March couldn't have made a similar impact in those circumstances.
Kaz didn't seem to be struggling too much during his 20 minutes.
Buckley has spent more time in the middle than on a wing.
Your omitting Crofts' spending most of the season attacking.
Assuming player of the division Bridcutt is due to return, the solidity he alone brings will free up Kemy or Ince or Andrews.
As said earlier all this would be valid if talking about Ulloa, but we are not.
We are talking about 1 of 9 midfielders, 11 if you include Barnes and March.
What a load of happy clappy bollocksWhy Worry? In life there are only two things to worry about:
Whether you are well,
or whether you are sick.
Now if you are well,
You have nothing to worry about.
And if you are sick,
You only have two things to worry about:
Whether you get better,
or whether you die.
If you get better,
You have nothing to worry about.
And if you die,
You only have two things to worry about:
Whether you go to heaven,
or whether you go to hell Now if you go to heaven,
You have nothing to worry about.
And if you go to hell, You’ll be too busy shaking hands with Your friends,
that you won't have time to worry.
