Picked up my ticket today at about 3:30 they still had a pretty large stack of tickets at that point (I'd say at least 100). They seemed to think there would be some left for Friday when white members can buy.

Would also presume those of you that have applied have had their tickets put aside as they are not very likely to sell in person when they have applications to process.

if white members are complaining then they should cough up the £30 to be a blue member. the membership scheme is there for a reason to priortise tickets for high interest games and away games where limited tickets are available

Is it really fair, though, that in addition to paying sky high Withdean prices for those who can't afford/can't commit to a Season Ticket also have to pay £30 for priority to about 3 high interest away games a season (if that). I think the scheme is quite flawed, not sure I can come up with a better one but I haven't been a fan since its inception.

If they only have a 100 tickets left they wont take long to go if Blue members go into the ticket office and buy extra tickets for their mates also in the Blue scheme who will be at work during the day.

why all the worry about selling out? We did 1100 at Milwall, why on earth are we likely to get more to Orient? And if we do, will we really do 300 more? Doubt it, but to be certain, make sure you get your application in. In fact, if you haven't yet, and for some reason it does sell out, well then that is hard luck, that is why they announce it in advance, make it crystal clear how to go about applying, and even create tiers to provide some priority to those who are gold and blue members.

I would agree with that, wouldn't mind a one off £30 payment, but £30 every year, for very little is too much.

bloke in ticket office showed me his box full of applications today, doubt there was any more than 300 in there. so there is really no need for this mass hysteria. those who want tickets will almost definitely get 'em

White members had to cough up to join the original AMS and if they didn't re-register to join the white scheme got stung for another tenner. My gripe is that Gullys Gang and Team Stripes are signed up with FREE registration and get the same preference as Blue members.

A one off payment of £30 is ok (£20 if you upgrade from white to blue) , not really worth £30 for each subsequent year IMO.

you get prioroty tickets for games, 10% off all purchases in the club shop and 2 DVD's for the price, not that bad value IMO

Yup I'm all for encouraging the kids but when it comes to away matches I don't think it's necessary to give them a massive priority - surely just home tickets at cheap prices is enough, if they get taken to the odd away match then they're lucky!

How many did we take to Orient last year? For some reason my mind is recalling some figure like 2,200 but I could just be imagining that and I don't have a programme from last season here with me to check.

I would prefer the option to buy the DVDs and the 10% discount in the club shop is already factored into the profit margin. For those fans who can only get to matches played oop north its not really the solution.

Do they have advance sale tickets for the games up north? I don't think I've ever had to prepurchase my Crewe tickets, and I've been there the last 3 years in a row.

For most games an allocation is sent down and generally its pay on the day also. Some matches have been all ticket for away supporters in recent times , Leeds , Chesterfield , Grimsby , Lincoln , Rotherham , Port Vale , Shrewsbury etc where the entire allocation has been sold.

I think they'll be in the process of getting your application sent out though, they'll have your ticket set aside, they just won't have processed it yet. By all means go in tomorrow and ask them, and if they confirm that, then you would do well to confirm it for other people who are getting a bit worried.

Gold members had a priority for tickets until the 20th (Friday) so I would think some tickets will have been posted out last week and the remainder will be dealt with today and tomorrow so no need to panic.

Worse comes to the worse, just have to go in the home end :glare:

Only a measly 'White' member, application when in a week ago, but not sure tgat one of those Orient 'golden' tickets is coming my way...

Oh well, last time i did that was at Reading about 7 (?) years ago, that pretty crappy 0-0 top of the table clash at the Mad Stad (there were LOADS of Brighton everywhere that day)
