well i dont think they are as i phoned up yesterday and asked about the tickets and they said that i couldnt buy them over the phone and i had to go to the shop, but more importantly they said a large number of seats were still available.

yeah they take ages if you let them try to do there job... just go down and get it youself as they always have a way of f***ing it up.

Well actually sounds quite right. They can be useless at times in that shop.

No, I don't think that is fair. Not in the slightest, they do a good job in there under fairly hard circumstances. It's not an easy job considering there are 2 people working in there at any one time, and they've got to deal with ALL the ticket demands for people, we play 2 home games this week and they've got 1400 tickets for an away game a week on saturday, all of which will be sold. It's not easy for them in there, and I think people would do well to consider that.

those two people dont do everything thpugh do they. All they have to do is say thank you and goodbye while they click a few buttons on the computer. I have had to many stupendously bad experiences with them that when i tell them to other people they think i am making them up.

I don't think you're making things up, maybe they're not perfect in the system. I think they work well in there under difficult circumstances, let me put it this way, if you worked in there for a day you would see how difficult it is.

Im with Ninja Elephant, I've never had a bad experience with the club shop and ticket office.

The official website says Gold members had priority until the 20th , Blue members / Gullys&Stripes until the 27th. White members have last pickings if any remain after that.
I dont think there will be any left for white members who didn't get a look in for Luton tickets either. The club needs to get more tickets sent from Orient to accommodate demand.

if white members are complaining then they should cough up the £30 to be a blue member. the membership scheme is there for a reason to priortise tickets for high interest games and away games where limited tickets are available
