My network seem to be entirely perfect support wise, but I'd expect that for the amount I pay them every month. They do ask a stupid amount of security questions also, but at least I know the damn info is correct. Vodafone here on the other hand... gotta pay 15c/minute to call them, close at 9, up to an hour queues, etc.

If you're in the country and get cable broadband, for gods sake stick with it. You will NEVER get any better over BTs phone network - believe me, I worked with it for too long.
