Hi everyone,
Can it really be our 10th season for the Score Predictor?
The rules are the same this year as last and indeed exactly the same since we started! All you have to do is to correctly state the correct score for the match & you win a point. The person with the most points at the end of the season gets their name on the Hall of Fame - for life!
If your score is not listed then poll other & let me know your actual score.
So our first match of the new campaign is against big spending Chelsea who surely will be looking to finish in the top 4 again. As for the Seagulls 15th with 41 points, was of course progress from the previous campaign of 17th & 36 points and 2017/18 season of 15th and 40 points. What will constitute progress this season? 14th or avoiding relegation or should we be looking to do better? With Adam Lallana joining us on a free transfer it looked as if the club was looking to do some real business. Certainly having Ben White back in the fold is great, but other than Joel Veltman & Jensen Weir joining us - all has gone quiet. So where will those elusive goals come from? and that remains our continuing problem .... still in Potter we trust.
Against Chelsea head to head in the last 3 league matches at the Amex we drew 1-1, lost 1-2 & lost 0-4 so results have been getting better !
As always, use your head. You decide ...................
