I don't know, I said there's no entertaining people with your membership. You can't bring a mate, or anyone for that matter unless you buy more £250 tickets. I have no idea if you can transfer them. You can buy a membership on seagulls tickets. You have to log in for it. Does it get loaded onto your season ticket? All I know from the club info and PB's email that it's 1 membership for 1 person.

The suggestion is if you buy a few (non-1901) seats for corporate entertainment purposes, you could also buy a Seven Stars 'membership' for each seat so you could take your guests, which may vary from game to game, to the lounge. So, for example, 4 season tickets and 4 Seven Stars memberships.

Yes I get that, I was thinking more of the fans they had now turfed out of the 7Stars. If with your £250 you could bring a mate it might get more of an uptake, but yourself and others are right, it will most likely be bought by firms entertaining in a corporate non-contact way. More corporate, the way this club is going and it's pissing me right off.

Corporate only works while the club is in the ascendancy. First hint of a downturn in the club's fortunes and the corporates will all jump ship pronto tonto and the club will be back with the begging bowl asking the original fans to dig deep and save the club (again). It's in the club's best interests not to alienate those fans too much, I'd have thought.

There's no entertaining anyone. It's £250 per person, you can't invite your mates, clients, family members etc. They have to fork out £250 or they can't come in.
I agree with you about improving concourses. There aren't enough tv's, they don't have enough with sky or BT sports instead of the club advert feed. The club need to make an area where friends from other stands can meet up pre match. It's that or lose out to the pubs.

Unlikely as the buffoon decided he would pay 2 x £500 installments for his 1901 seat and just get 10 years whereas the smart kids paid £1000 up front and get it for life. He'll be saving his pennies for the next £500 request in 5 years.

I've had a reply from Paul Barber. From his holidays. Written on an iPhone. He gets some flack but honestly, we'd be in a worse place without him I think. Also, his "lateness", was an hour. That's commendable for a man answering an email from some bloke essentially whining about him having to do his job. Anyway, here's the response:

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy about our decision to change access policy to the Seven Stars sports bar. I appreciate that for some supporters this is disappointing news and I wish we could have avoided the decision. For context, however, whilst there may well be much debate on social media you are only the fourth supporter to write to me on this issue (including one person who doesn't actually use the bar - and has never used the bar - but wrote to me to complain about the decision anyway!).

There is a large commercial area being underused or misused so the club try to turn it into a money making exercise and yet people moan, I'm with Barber on this one, kids are catered for in the Family Stand area and I bet if a question is raised at the Forum Barber will say it is sold out or nearly sold out.
£250 a season for a guaranteed access to a pre/after match lounge, free programme etc in my mind makes it an attractive deal and will easily sell out.
