Online ticket order - Showing as 'Pending'

I booked some tickets this morning but after making the payment the page crashed saying it could not be displayed

The money has come out of my account, and they don't show on the first reserved seats page, but on the order history they show as pending and not booked

Anyone know if that will update automatically to booked??

Have you checked your emails?

It will say "pending" until they load your smartcard with the game, which will not happen until about two days before the game. I always get a confirmation email within 30 seconds of making a booking so I would suggest you need to check your emails or phone the ticket line to get them to update your email details.
