Well, this isn't proving as straightforward as it should be.

It wants my "Fan Card / Membership Number" well, having not renewed my ST all I have that could be what they want is my account number from last years ST, but I don't have a password. So, "forgotten my password" would seem to be the logical route. Ah, nothing happens, so presumably last seasons Account Number is not what they are after.

Ok then, I guess I'm used to having automatic gold card membership as a STH, so maybe I just need to register. Ah, when I try to it says that my details are already on the records, and I should just log in. If I've forgotten my password ........ and back round we go.

Maybe, the answer is to look at the "memberships" that are available. Sign up and pay my £30 for Blue Membership and maybe my problems are solved. Click on the "membership" tab and it comes up "displaying 0 of 0" ... maybe I need to be logged in for that then, but to login I need my "Fan Card / Membership Number" and password.

I've been sat here for 40 minutes with a credit card in hand, wanting a ticket and unable to do anything about it. What a load of cock. I don't know if I can be arsed.

Ring them up and buy one in the morning mate, remember, it will be the first win!

Well, I'm going to have to, but ringing up the understaffed ticket office is another whole can of worms. I'll have to ensure I have the best part of an hour spare.

Shouldn't it just be easier than this?

Oh do stop moaning, it has occupied you for 45 minutes hasn't it? Be appreciative :mendoza:

Ring 'em up when they open, (10? 9?) and youll only need 5 minutes.. :whisky:

Moaning is what I do best, and I enjoy it. If I didn't I'd have never stuck with this club for so long.

I know how you feel. I had the same problem and ended up going to the club shop and buying my membership over the counter.
Foolishly thinking my troubles were over I logged in and tried buying tickets for the Wycombe match. When I added the seats to my basket, surprise surprise my basket was empty. After numerous attempts and the same result I ended up phoning and purchasing them that way. I was told it could be a problem with my post code not showing up on their system.
Having said all this it appears to be working tonight but I'm not holding my breath.

.... only fair to report back on the absolutely top job the ticket office did regarding sorting this out.

I phoned this morning, and was in the queue for less than 4 mins. As soon as I starting telling my tale, the guy realised it was me having already read and responded to my email from last night. He knew off the top of his head what my password had been reset to, and then proceeded to sort me out with the ticket I wanted for todays game.

Also, good thinking on his part to check that they had my correct mobile number (which they didn't) as otherwise my proof of purchase would have gone tomy old phone which now resides in the back of the kitchen drawer.

I've now got the email from the ticket office, and can logon to buy tickets from now on.

Top work Paul!!!
