Confidence is a big part of any sport. I have to say that whenever I'm competing I play a hell of a lot better with confidence. Calling the players shit is hardly going to install confidence in the players. We're in a relegation fight and we're stuck with the same players during that fight and so the best thing to do is get behind them to help ensure that we stay up.
