[Albion] One ticket has arrived... Options?

Morning all

Need some advice please. One of our group for Ipswich hasn't had his ticket posted /sent by the club. Are there any options or do we abandon him?

contact box office, pronto- may be able to get redone, pickup at falmer?

Phone the ticket office and they'll arrange for a replacement to be collected at Ipswich.

3 of my pals have not had their tickets but have conformation of sale on a phone , now do not take this as gospel but were told that this would be enough proof if tickets failed to show , they left 30 minutes ago on the train so they are trusting in common sense , think it was Burton away i did the same thing and they were fine with it .
