Without wishing to sound a little wanky, I've spoken to him a few times on a personal level and he's clearly here for the long term and he's a genuine guy. His English isn't the best and he's quite guarded as a person, but I genuinely like him.

He spoke after the Watford game, and his English is now pretty good. Unlike that tosser Pochettino at Southampton, who still needs an interpreter after twice as long in his job. And a crap interpreter at that.

It's amazing in post match interviews he knows no English yet when sending on subs he is always whispering in their ear or when shouting instructions from sidelines , perhaps the whole soton squad are now fluent in Spanish !
