Yes, we are staying.
Have I missed something?
Yes, we are staying.
I don't share that view. The only loser here is Brussells. This referendum has damaged the European model as it stands, and, despite the way it was reported as a failure, I am of the opinion that Cameron's February negotiations more than started the ball rolling. Eager eyes are watching elsewhere. I just hope the 'remain' vote may have briefly curbed the onslaught of regressive nationalism in some places.
I'm staying in wait for the cute kittens.
I hope so but I fear some people will not let it go. It needs a good majority one way or the other or the bitching will carry on as in the Scottish referendum.
Firstly it will be very close.... secondly the Scottish referendum hasn't caused widespread unhappiness as all the doom mongers said would happen..... so chill.. tomorrow we move on whatever the result.

Even if Remain prevails I'm concerned that the undercurrent of barefaced racism underpinned by xenophobia, whilst it is always there, has been brought too close to the surface to be easily ignored for a while at least. I expect it to give us some discomfort for a while with the more vociferous Leave proponents using their time in the limelight to create ongoing problems.
Should Leave prevail then the country I choose to call "mine" will be lost forever.
Not a happy view I'm afraid.
It is very worrying the way the far-right have been galvanised by the referendum. Whichever way the result goes, I also fear they won't crawl back under the stone they came from.

But they will.Yes, we are staying. But the EC should not see the vote as an endorsement.
It's another [emoji444] true story......Was just in my local town and was canvassed by the IN crowd. I told them I had already voted IN, some woman then ran up to me and started shouting abuse. Bit taken back by the HATE in her eyes
I think Cameron must be sick of it all.Going by the polls on NSC it looks like DC will win if he wins by anymore than 25% then we might have the night of the long knifes if it's very close he will have to mend bridges and save it for his book in 5 years time. I would say I expect the DC will have to start trying to reform Europe as I think the pressure will be on again at the next elections. PM questions will be intresting next Wednsday.
I think Cameron must be sick of it all.
All the stress if his negotiating in Europe, followed by being called a liar pretty much everyday.
Even if remain wins he'll be off by Christmas I suspect.
"Far right".... it's almost obligatory for this label to be thrown at anybody who doesn't agree with the left.... what happened to the mid or near right,.. or simply just the right?..... or do you lot see anybody who doesn't vote Labour as a racist?.... just asking.Indeed. A very real worry.
