[Food] On the hunt for Thai custard..

The Palin in Lewes used to have this on the menu and my old man bloody loved it. They haven't done it for years unfortunately, the original chef retired, and I can't seem to find it on any Thai menu when we've been out. Google has not been my friend either. The old boy is in his mid 80s now and I'd like him to have Thai custard once again. Yes there's recipes on line but I ain't no Thai chef. If you ever comes across it on the menu in Sussex please let me know
