Just far enough away from LDC
I've got the quarter final at Wembley and Team GB will be there if they finish second in their group. If they win the group then they go to Cardiff. I reckon finishing second is possible with Senegal and Uruguay in their group.

I've got a ticket for the Final. Would have prefered a "proper" Olympic event.....like canoeing.....but it will be a day out :)

Brazil and Spain playing at St. James' Park should be decent for the fella on here who's got tickets for the Football up here.

Wrong dates though sadly, I'll be enjoying Mexico Vs South Korea and Gabon Vs Switzerland.

I've not done too bad - double header at the Millenium Stad of Mexico vSwitzerland and GB v Uruguay. Could have been worse.... now to try and get the wife enthused.

Turns out i have tickets on August 1st to South Korea vs Gabon - could i get a shitter game ?

Are you able to get a refund on tickets ?

Yes, yes you could have, if you had my tickets. As for refunds, don't imagine youll have any luck, my concern is that they'll sart selling them off cheap as chips when they realise they are going to have 90% empty stadiums, now that will really rub salt into the wounds.

Might still be able to get a refund. When the resale system ballsed up earlier this year they did a simple resale by basically buying back all unwanted tickets, including football tickets. They might do the same in the next few months.

I really, really hope they do - £26 to watch 2 obscure teams isnt worth it. Should in future not sell football tickets until the actual draw is made.

Tickets are on sale again now for anyone who has applied and failed to get any tickets for any event before... I've just scored tickets for the Wembley double header on July 29th, Senegal v Uruguay and Great Britain v United Arab Emirates as easy as you like!
