Sheesh I feel a bit bad now.

Said there would be thrills and spills but I wasn't expecting the spills to happen just yet!

Track looks good riders obviously have a lot of skill, but am I the only one who thinks it looks a bit like an adult trying to steal a 9 year old,s bike:D

If anyone has any old BMX's from the 80's in their shed now's a good time to sell them. The BMX market world wide is quite strong at present for retro bikes/parts.

Went past this on the train the other day, looks like they are making the track usable again after years of neglect.
I guess they won't appreciate a fat bearded 40 something, saying 'oh when I was a lad...'

We've got Phil Liggett calling the BMX for our Olympic network.

Not sure he knows what's going on but as always sounds great.

Such a shame that the one in Whitehawk was left to ruin. I used to ride a bit as a kid, then bought a nice racing BMX when I moved back to Brighton in 2007 (aged 22, the Olympics wasn't a complete impossibility!!), and was gutted to discover it gone. Then the BMX got stolen outside my flat.
