If I remember correctly we sold them Leon Knight and he scored a hatrick then self destructed which was obviously a huge surprise.

Taking into account the Freeman signing as well, Sheffield United appear to be preparing for a rapid return to the second tier.

Yes, seems so. Only just turned 23 though.

Can't help feeling though if we were going to sign him, it would have been done a month ago - unless he is 2nd choice or lower on the list.

I like the look of him. He's tall and very direct when in front of goal. There was nothing fancy about those goals. I'd be excited if we signed him.
