I have the programmes from just about all the games I have attended home and away starting in the early 60s. Taking up a lot of room in my attic!

I am the proud owner of the programme for the record home crowd (at the Goldstone) v Fulham. 27 December 1958. Result 3-0 (Dixon 2 & Thorne) Gate: 36747. Can post pics if anyone wants to view this hallowed document.

Wolfe, I'd be most interested in having a gander, when you get a chance.

I inherited a large box of programmes, mainly 50-60's London & us, predominately Arsenal.

But tucked away, in the middle completely flat and as new, was the 1932 Eng v Scot programme.
I'm realiably informed (well Hiney!) that it's worth a small fortune.

Recently went through all my old programmes - wife thought they were 'taking up too much room' - so got rid of some of her junk to make room.

I have several hundred, dating back to the late 50s.

Like everything in football they've changed a lot!!

Over the years I've aquired several bundles of programs which have cropped up at superwifes auctions, got loads from the 50s and 60s. Don't think many are pre 1950, make for intersting reading, the adverts, players names, prices, good reads in the smallest room.

That's what I love about programmes, they give you a fascinating insight into days gone by. We are working on a project at the moment that will eventually result in a 'History of Seagulls Programmes'. It is an absolute labour of love but it's so easy to get side-tracked by the content of an old programme and forget about what you are meant to be researching!

If you ever want to get rid of your old ones Phil, let me know.
