The links are there, but the text is white on white background (when you run the mouse over them, they highlight a soft peachy colour with white text and if you squint you can make out words). I just used the 'mark forum read' option, and the dialogue box that comes up to confirm you want to do that, the text again was white on white background.

Good spot that man.

Editing remains an issue though.

Same with "notifications" - if I click on it the text seems to go white on white background so unreadable, even though the actual notications themselves are black on white - this was also before the update.

That is fixed now.

However, that little triangle/arrow thing next to "notifications" has disappeared. I don't know if a number shows up, as I don't have any at the moment (I can tell because clicking it tells me there's no new messages).

I was quoted over night. The triangle and "1" showed up, so I suppose this isn't really an issue.


I did notice this morning that a bunch of unread posts were already marked as read (from prior to 9am-ish). Is this because of the new menu bar, or a different issue?

Yeah, the notifications 'triangle' drop-down is only displayed if there are new notifications. You can still click on the word 'notifications' if required.

Not sure on the posts marked as read - shouldn't be anything to do with the tweaks I was making in the early hours. It's not something I ever use myself so I probably wouldn't notice - let me know if it continues to be an issue and I'll take a look.

Have you tried clicking on the 'My NSC' tab next to the 'Discussion' tab at the top?
