When I looked it is in a separate section on its own just click on the Semi final picture. Not in Home or Away.

I reckon 90% of us that buy regularly had that moment. I went in away tickets firt, then home tickets, then looked for a drop down saying cup games. Was about to start panicking when I noticed the ad on the front page. Problem is it looks a lot like a merch advert rather than a ticket one at a quick glance.

I had a problem when my Son's points weren't allocated Swansea away last year, the club sorted it no problems.
