Personally, I get fed up with the people who come on here moaning about our performances. Sometimes it's as if people think the players play badly on purpose!

I know everyone has got a right to their opinion but do you honestly think that the best way to get the best of the players is to call them a TWAT or shout obcenities at them?

I'm sure the players are desperate to win matches but sometimes it won't go their way. We have to accept the fact that sometimes the players will have off days, and sometimes they will play against a team that is better than they are.

We constantly go on about the fact that we are punching above our weight and what a magnificent achievement it is for us to be playing in the Championshiop, given our resources etc. Surely this should mean that we encourage the team all the time, not wait for the first sign of a problem and start hurling abuse.

No doubt Ernest and others will reply with some hilariously worded responses and dismantle my comments. Quite frankly I don't give a flying f***.

I will carry on encouraging the players to do their best for the club and will not resort to cheap attacks on their playing ability. After all, I would have given anything to be a professional footballer but wasn't nearly good enough.

Given that that also probably applies to the 6,500 fans who watch every home game, surely the least thay deserve is a bit of respect and encouragement from us.

Anyway, rant over.

I love you all

I love this club with a passion, and will always moan if we lose. You would have thought all the shit we've dealt with as a club i'd have come to terms with it by now. But every goal we concede and every game we lose hurts :nono:

But i have faith that we can stay up again. We've played some much better football already this season, than we did in the whole of last season. Lets just keep the ball on the deck and go for it :)

Yesterday some of the players gave their all and some didn't. The fans aren't stupid and can see who is and who isn't trying.

Don't have a pop at the fans for getting on the backs of some of the players - I bet McGhee did exactly the same in the half-time teamtalk which is why we had a much better 2nd half.

For my money CKR has a lot of talent but needs a f***ing rocket up his arse - he looked lazy all match yesterday. Trying competing with the centre half in the air and putting pressure on the last defender when they have the ball for starters.

Jake Robinson gives it the full 100% every time as does Harty - CKR and Kerry Mayo need to do the same.

if people want to glory hunt, go and support chelsea

I guess that would depend when you started supporting Brighton. If you watched us during the 90's then it was never about glories. If you saw us win the back to back titles and the play offs, i guess you expect more than we're currently providing.

I can be tempted to err on the side doom, but will give credit when credits due.

The clouds of yesterday are starting to lift, but a defeat in two weeks time and they may come permanently down ans start to precipitate.
