[uninteresting] i went for a run, got lost once and as i passed a man with child and dog i heard the man shout ABBEY, ABBEY, as if that was his dog's name and it was slightly in my way. I then remembered my name is Andy and he could have meant me. He did. It was Gavin who i play football with. I ran on the spot for a second and waved with a smile. A quick i'll-see-you-on-Monday, and off i went, slightly quicker than normal as i wanted to look like i could run a long distance for ages at speed. I passed a bush that then concealed me and returned to my natural, slower pace. It was nice out. [/uninteresting]

Uninteresting? No. That is stunningly interesting in comparison with weather reports from anywhere in southern England that are being broadcast to folk who can simply look out of the window and see that the sun is shining.
