The victim was asleep and just minutes from death as smoke filled a building he and other campaigners had occupied at the garden in Lewes Road, Brighton.

I still think its pretty horrible to entitle a thread about a man nearly dying as "Oh the delicious irony".

And that is why he gets so much negative attention. Regardless of whether we should or shouldn't gang up on other members, if people post in such an unpleasant way, then they will get grief. If the moderators on here used the "permant ban" option more often, I reckon that would reduce the amount of crap being posted, and posters like HB&B, and others, might think before posting some of their threads, either that or they would be gone for good.

OK perhaps the phrase delicous irony was a tad inappropriate. However it is certainly ironic that a protestor unlawfully occupying a site he does not own, has never owned and has no intention of buying.Was saved from injury by an employee of the very company he is trying to prevent from utalising the site.

The urban gardeners agreed to vacate the site once the owners wished to proceed with renovation that hasn't happened.

A stock controller used to be someone that controlled and ordered the stock by dealing with suppliers and negotiating with them.

He wouldn't have got in at 6am and stacked the shelves.
