Looking at the squads, only Rotherham are worse than us for me. Granted we broke ffp rules, but can't help but think it's harsh.

Looking at all the money being thrown about, difficult to accept us and Blackburn are what's wrong with the game.

Granted teams like yourselves who haven't spent wildly and are ran well is defiantly the way it should be done, but free transfers and max 10k per week gives you very little chance in today's game.

I agree, and the way QPR have overspent and got away with it, would make me insanely angry if I was a Forest fan.

But the fault is with the FL for not punishing QPR to the full extent of FFP regulations. NFFC getting what they deserve IMHO...

5 of our 7 subs on Saturday were academy youth players, and the championship is a long tough season. Great to see the young lads coming through, but it only bodes well for the future, it will result in relegation in the short term

Here's hoping COG turns out ok at his hometown club, sounds like a good character at least.

Well said. I genuinely wish COG well at Forest. Based on his time with us, he is a good hold-up player, poor finisher. But he did get a few goals for relegated Barnsley in the Championship a couple of season's ago, and he will feel better / less homesick with yourselves, so who knows? He's no Antonio tho!

Sorry but tough, your chairman knew the rules but bungled a promotion attempt. We suffered last season badly as we accepted the rules in place and adhered to them.

Well I'm no expert, but Forest were a bit of a running joke on here for some time (great club I know, bear with me). Every time a striker was rumoured to be on the move, we'd just all assume Forest were buying them, it seemed to be an addiction for your owner.

Wasn't that long ago they were buying every single decent forward going, and now they are having to pick up our cast offs. Dreadful fall from grace.

Delighted that Forest and Blackburn are getting their comeuppance. I have no sympathy with either. I do feel for their fans who could probably see that Billy Davies was a bell end unable to get that team promoted and was spending other peoples money on below par players, but that's just what happens when you have a crap infrastructure within the club.

QPR winged it and merely got lucky. Live by the sword, die by the sword and all that.

No they're wrong, we paid £500k up front with further fees adding on based on performances and how the team did, we haven't paid anymore
