Okay, we're in July, and I believe this is the first appearance of the table this year. I'm pretty sure there are a load of SBs and indeed PBs to update since the turn of the year, so please feel free to reply with anything missing and I'll happily add it.

@knocky1 there is a 'Toggle BB code' button top right if you want to see the table in a more traditional format for editing.

Ooh the table returns, can you please add 17:45 PB for 5k also SB, 10k 38:49, HM 1:27:59 and Marathon 3:05:12 cheers

I did 18:15 (75.89%) back in March. I looked for the table after that!

Good work Curious. I'm still off with a niggling and persistent rheumatoid arthritis flare in all the bone joints and tendons of my right foot. 10 weeks now. One day soon or in 4 months it will fade away. It's one of the Weakest attacks I've had but running is a no no.
I have decided to have a break from runners and running as otherwise it gets me down. I've taken up cross training

I'm not rising to the bait of my slowest 5k 26:22 at a soggy Bevendean being my sb in the table.

London Marathon Ballot day today…………………..Any NSC runners defy the odds and secure a place ??

London Marathon Events are steering those who are unsuccessful towards Brighton Marathon (which they are of course organising in ‘24). Could be a big field in Brighton!

Wow - some great times there. I've done two 10ks this year: 58:40 and 59:14. I'm relieved that as a penioner I can still break the one hour barrier.

I’ve managed to do it twice, once at each of my closest events. Got lucky with combining decent performances (for me) on the rare occasions when the quick folks gave it a miss.

I don’t think I’ve ever come second (stop sniggering at the back), but had a couple of 3rds.
