), it's time to move our focus to England's latest attempt not to get knocked out of the Quarter Finals of a major Championship on penalties - they have their traditions, and we on NSC have ours.

There are 24 competing teams, but I think it would be better to have 48 available slots to give each competing team two NSC 'co-managers' and also to give everyone a fair shot to get their name in the hat.
