We've always had cats but unfortunately can't now as I have to be very careful with my legs due to Lymphoedema in both of them. A small scratch can turn into a large open wound very quickly and now I've been blessed with taking Warfarin for life it doubles my risk, pity as I love cats. I Just have to make do with photos of my daughters little cat Maude.
She's only young and learning to hunt, here's her first kill, a fly! (sorry it's a bit big)

We’ve adopted two cats over the years from the RSPCA.

Team dog here....but the farms cats from next door, vicious little barstewards, keep the mice under control, if they would get the squirrels I'd reward them!!

Sad times as our second family cat Monty is really on his last legs. Doubt he'll make the next fortnight.

I have a bit of a love hate relationship with cats, they're utter *****, dodgy immigrants at best and kill native wildlife . . .I don't agree with keeping them indoors or caged, but they should most certainly be kept indoors at night ( like in Aus)

We got a cat when I was 11, Tolkien. He was great. Then a semi stray Ginger, called Richard ( massive cat that caught fish out of ponds and used to go down the river as well, came home waste deep in mud) Tabatha, Timothy, Oscar came and went, 'Garry LAger Nelson Mandella' was the son of Richard and Tabatha . . . He was a mental ****er. All cute, and then launch at your eyes. . . Really needed wildlife to kill, not a house animal.

But then we got a dog, or two miles better all round.. . . . .

Cats can be nice creatures, but they're schizo nutters at best

Yes ok ok, so l've seen the canine equivalent to this thread, but being more into felines l thought l'd create the pussycat version.

I have owned many cats over the years, but currently have a rescue cat from Worthing Cat Protection, a tortoiseshell we call Blossom. We believe her to be around 15 years old, and love her dearly.

Any other cat lovers out there in the wide blue yonder, with tails to tell?
