Even sweeter for me as someone that despises him - that game goes to Overtime if not for conk nosed bellcheese Joey Bosa throwing his helmet down after the late Kirk TD, which caused an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty moving the extra point try half the distance to the goal, meaning Jags went for 2. Will never forget the amount of trash he's talked before previous Charger-Raider games. This is just as funny as us beating them in Week 18 last season when they only needed to draw to make the playoffs but screwed it up in overtime because Staley.

I'd hate it because the AFC West is hard enough to compete in as it is, but if they have any sense they fire Staley tomorrow and throw all of the money at Sean Payton. Know they've been battered by injuries this season, but in the big moments poor coaching decisions have consistently let them down in the last few years.

Awesome. Well done @DarrenFreemansPerm, a superb turnaround!

Sadly my Seahawks fell short as feared – still, we lead 17-16 at HT before the 49ers ran away with the second half. We can be proud of that.
Incredibly valiant effort from the Hawks. Up until the strip sack in the 3rd quarter, you were still well in that game.

Hawks friend I was speaking to is incredibly optimistic for next season. With Geno likely to be back under center, you could easily add a blue chip edge rusher early in the draft with the pick from the Broncos and still take a project QB later in the 1st who can sit behind Geno for a year or two if you wanted to. Lots of exciting players across the roster and that 2022 draft class is up there with some of the best in recent memory for early returns - 2017 Saints is the most recent example to compare it to.

Not going to lie, I was moments away from giving up at h/t, but then we put together a nice drive and got the TD before the break, we’ve made so many huge comebacks this season I just couldn’t switch off.
For Lawrence to have the first quarter with all of those interceptions, to then bounce back and throw 4 TDs and put together an almost immaculate second half, you have to take your hat off to him, the kid just doesn’t give up.
Doug Pederson. That’s it, don’t need to say any more.

I was chatting to a Giants fan in the North Stand yesterday after the game, I said I thought it was a coin flip game, didn’t think it would be quite that close though.
I’ll stop spamming the thread now. I’m just a bit excited. As sporting weekends go, I don’t know how it gets better than this personally.

No keep going - favourite thread by some distance, I’m normally the one spamming (it feels like).

Big Giants fans here, will give you Peterson and raise you Daboll, regardless of result (which is tight) an amazing season.

I went to bed at the end of the 1st quarter assuming that was us done, so was entirely shocked and delighted to see the score this morning.

Sensational comeback by the Jags. Fair play to @DarrenFreemansPerm for keeping the faith and staying up after that first quarter/half!

Always happy to see the AFC South still represented in the Divisional Round.

Slightly off at a tangent
Question for those of you who follow the AFCN closely
As a Bengals fan both the Squeelers and the Ratbirds are perceived to push the boundaries of fair play and not adverse to cheap shots on the opposition players
Is this a valid comment ?Or a misperception ?
Browns are not tarnished by the same brush it seems

I thought the Browns were worse to be honest.

After the Giants we follow the Bengals because of Joe Burrow and Chase (LSU).

Another Jags fan here so absolutely buzzing with that comeback and yesterday at the Amex. Wife has family living in Jacksonville so have been over there. Not seen a game there yet (only in London) but was lucky enough to watch a pre-season training session and do a stadium tour.
Don’t suppose you reside in the North Stand? Spotted a fellow Jags fan just along from me yesterday.
