Toby's great to watch, isn't he? I remember when Gus originally signed him in 2010 he said something like "we've heard that he's very direct and we wanted to see it for ourselves" - they weren't wrong. Always on the move and looking to put the opposing defence on the back foot, great physicality about him as well. If he can add a consistent end product to his game, and perhaps improve his decision-making at times in the final third, he could become a very, very effective player for us.
