Well I am quaffing a Pinot Grigio but that just doesn't sound right for this thread. Cricket is stuffed, unbelievable.

We'll all be quaffing when England win the tournament, matey!

Worthing
I’ve been experimenting with the traditional Aperol Spritz recipe ( 3 parts Prosecco 2 Aperol and one soda) by introducing a single gin into the recipe and reducing the Prosecco but adding a splash of Mediterranean tonic.
It’s absolutely blinding as the sun sets and Mrs Q has just demanded another.

I bloody love an Aperol Spritz.

Also tried some Thornbridge Lukas as our summer approaches.

Well at least I never sunk that low. Been drinking Aperol spritzers in 30c on the shores of lake Iseo for 2 weeks so the thought of Punk doesn’t do it for me tonight. Anyway if you can’t enjoy a couple of quality sundowners you’ve never lived or you just drink Punk all the time.

Yep, you're better than me at everything, even living and sundowners.

Welcome back to Blighty x

Out of interest chaps, I had a 'tight Knot' Amercan Ipa, from Lidl yesterday, abv around 5.4%.

Not my cup of the proverbial, but I can fully understand why it would be for others.

I have just had a pale ale made from bread (iceland) very nice, don't ask me the strength because the bottle has already made the recycle bin :)
