If it does not fit, it easy enough to put it through a pipe bender.
If I was in charge at this point I would be bloody preying I got those measurements correct.

I don't know sod all about construction, but did spend 5-6 years as a trainee toolmaker / cnc machinisit, so I admire the work every single person has done on site.

Both, the arch is in three sectiona. The first section presumably will go up tommorrow, then up to 5 days to finish the arch.

I think the 1st couple of sections will go up pretty quickly but the last section should take a while.
I for one will be amazed if it fits.
Lets hope its up for christmas.

Why on earth would you be amazed if it fits!!!!!!! Its been measured with lasers etc, of course its going to fit

Didn't someone say ages ago that if any part of the thrust wall is more than 10mm out then the arch won't fit.

All this building stuff is ridiculously accurate, it will fit because it has to.

Its a good job that the webcam only updates every 15 minutes, otherwise I wouldn't get any work done today!

Even though it updates every 15 minutes I still stare at it constantly, zooming in on the same bits over and over and comparing against previous days/months.
