i havent been along the 27 east past the stadium for a year. until today..... WOW!!!!!!!! gobsmackingly gorgeous..and that's just me! it is the proverbial dog's bollox. didn't want to crash the hire car...so will nose again when 'little dick' is back from the garage.

It is the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium in Gong Badak in Malasia. The roof collapsed on June 2, 2009. It happened one day before the stadium was scheduled to host a big event. No one was injured in the incident. It had been open about a year before it collapsed.

As of June this year, they were still in clearup mode.

If you mean at the front edge, then no.
It's for safety while the blokes are up there

The floodlights, I presume, will be fixed to the lighting gantries.
