Great pics NJ does any one know the colour of the seats and are we going for all the seats one colour and no logos ?

Nope no one knows at the moment. They have sent the order, so would have thought the club would let people know in the coming months.

Looks like they may be starting to remove the supports on the West stand.

Shit or bust over the weekend then.

Either a beautiful span of arch crowning a stunning development OR

£92m of scrap bent metal and another year at Withdean.

I'll start holding my breath now................

Your right, it does- a crane at the bottom of each of them, exciting times!!

They can only be lowered an inch or so at a time, so it takes a good couple of weeks to complete the job.

Christ those towers must be 80ft tall. at an inch a time it'll take months.

When I say "they", I mean the arches

I presume there are 'winding' sections at the top of the supports.
Only when the arches are clear of the supports and stable can the supports be taken down.

Not a great deal as the majority of what's left is either cladding or glazing

Now i,m not one for posting rumours or hearsay, but I was told on good authority when questioned over the seats that "they will be better quality than those at MK dons"
I really hopping this lives up to expectations.

Probably referring to the platinum/gold seats or whatever, I wouldn't expect the seats for us plebeians to be anything other than plastic.

club are trialing MLR (mobile lighting rig) this season which i thought was very impressive and not many other clubs in l1 have? one of these:

also trailing the new ticket system in the north stand looks very swish!
