I'm not really sure as it's not my department - I could guess and be completely wrong, so better to wait for the project office to give you an answer.

Looking at the sequence of construction (published in the Swindon programme last April) it will happen after all the steelwork is completed. The temporary supports to east and west stand roofs will then be removed and the roof sheeting will be done all in one go. The sequence indicates that this will done in the summer.

There is some temporary bracing between columns, but all the columns are permanent.
