He's too slow, and has been especially exposed on the turn of late, and is only going to get slower. I'd be happy for him to be here next season, but not as captain, which should go to either Dunk or Kayal.

Captain only in name, doesn't seem to lead the team like Kayal for example.
I'd be more than happy to see most stay, I'll not be too disappointed if we don't keep Kemy, Best, Greer, Ankers, Chicksen, Hughes, McCourt. If we can add a couple of solid additions this team could compete again.

Agreed there are some "quite happy" candidates... Baldock, Stockdale, Dunk, Ince, Stephens all in that category... but strangely few that would really disappoint me either from a sentimental attachment or a sense of anticipation end excitement at their possible contribution.

Yes agree with him being replaced as captain. Kayal seems to me to be the obvious choice.
I wonder whether Greer would be disappointed if he lost the captaincy. He doesn't seem to relish the role at all.

Stephens looked our best player towards the back end of last season, before the injury.

Ince has made great strides (literally) in the past year and looks a key member of the team.

They are both near the top of my list.

Pretty much agree with you on this -- see post 21 -- although I'm of the view that Bruno is a better right-back than Calde. On top of Kayal and Ince, we also have Stephens, Holla, Crofts and JFC, so midfield looks strong. It's defence and up-front that we need better quality.
