Hammond and Nicholas are not only both BETTER than Oatway but also both YOUNGER than Oatway.

I'd like to see Oatway stay at the club after his playing days are over, possibly working in the community and if this is the way to keep him involved with the club then I can live with it.

in your opinion Hammond and Nicholas are better than Oatway.

In mcghee's opinion Oatway is better as he is the one who is playing.

Not sure we can argue with mcghee at the moment. it seems everything he does with the team is working!!!

Long may it continue

Charlie's come a long way in the last 4 years. In his first season for us in Div 2 he looked out of his depth, ditto last time at this level. Give him his due though, he's coped well in the last season and a half.

Charlie puts in the effort and has now been coached by McGhee (which answers Soton) to be the best he can be (or maybe even better)
It is now paying off. Not just in his own game but to inspire the team around him as captain.
I get the impression that Guy has as much respect for him as the youngsters do.

As for the reading, he has been to the Study Support centre and overcome his difficulty. Not only that but he has been open and honest about it to encourage others in the same boat.

What does he have to do to earn the respect of the fans?

Here's to you Charlie

If only he could sharpen his finishing he could have been joint top scorer this season by now - credit for getting in the right place though.
