Hi All,

Wifey and daughter going there tonight and I've never been, they are a bit concerned about how long it is likely that it will take to get back to Victoria considering the amount of people that will be using the tube after.

Concert finishes around 22.10, are they likely to get back to Victoria for the 23.17

Cheers in advance.

it's pretty good back from the O2. Tubes run regulalry on the Jubilee line, but you may have to queue for 10-20 minutes. Allow yourself an hour to get back to Victoria, max.

It's a bit of an Amex experience.

Anticipate the end and duck out just before: no queueing, straight on a tube.
Position yourself at an exit and leg it immediately at the 'final whistle': A bit of a dash, but minimal queuing.
See the lot and then head away: a bit of a queue, depending where in the arena you are relative to the tube station.

The boat along the Thames isn't a bad option, and when I used it there was no queue at all.

I think we went to Waterloo and caught a train down to Clapham Junction from there.

Thanks for the advice, she has made the decision that she will go back to Victoria as she knows where to go. This is the first time she has ever been to London without me, and when mentioning the alternative route of London Bridge / East Croydump it didn't fill her with too much confidence

Make sure they are good at running then  Think the next train after that one to Shoreham is 12.05 (used the Eastbourne section a few times after work coming home - lots of drunks usually) if they dont make it in time.
