I thought I'd ask on here to see if anyone else has had experience of them

I can save 20% on my car insurance, but it seems to be a web based operation, where you pay the premium and everything is done over the web and by e-mail

Not that I'm planning to have an accident, but am a bit concerned, as I might want to actually speak to someone if the worst comes to the worst

Any thoughts in NSC-land?

Thanks a million

I'm with Swiftcover, very impressed with the webservice. I have been with them about 4 years now.

Crossed fingers I have not had any incidents whilst I have been with them, so I cannot comment on what they are like if you need to make a claim.

I went with them because they gave me a really good price on my insurance.

Signed up for them via quidco and got another £40 cashback last year. Easy to set up/amend and a good price.

Shits to make a claim against, as my previous insurers found out (took 13 months to resolve a simple claim against one of their insured and get my money, but still haven't paid out all thats owed to my insurance company 17 months later)

Dunno what they are like froma customers side thou

Enter the info once on a comparison search engine, get quote £250 lower than all other quotes, take policy out online. Sounds like RIGHT HARD WORK :dunce:

Having worked in general insurance for several years i must say I was very dubious but that was so easy and non stressful i'm amazed. And if i need to change summin I can do it all when i want online without waiting 30 mins to get through to call centre in Asia somewhere that doesn't understand English.

Big thumbs up from me

Only problem i have found is they charged me 50 quid to change my address and occupation!

Been with them two years. When you have to make a claim is the real test, so no experience yet.
The price is right, and the web side works fine. So all good thus far.

You definitely pay more through a broker, but get a good one and all the hassle goes out of getting claims paid. Not worth having a broker until you have to claim then the extra seems cheap in my experience

I got ours thro More Than last year. Saved about a tenner on the previous policy from AA, got breakdown cover included, and going thro Quidco got £80 cashback too which we received about 3 months after

If anyone is using Quidco, make sure you gp through them even when you're getting quotes to ensure you get paid

Last year I got home cover from LV - an £80 policy and got £68 cashback
