O/t pc advice

To cut to the quick,i went out last night after using my PC.Came home and turned it on a quarter of the screen displays horizontal and vertical lines ,whilst the rest has the normal display when i turn it on .Any advice please?

Try reducing the resolution and/or reloading vdeo drivers

Check connecter wires not come loose. Are you using S-VGA or digital?

Hijacking this thread.

How can I find out the date programs were installed using windoews 8.1 I want to uninstall some programs but not sure which it is that need to come off. On other windows like 7 XP etc it shows installation date on control panel listing of programs but not on 8.1 as I can see.
