O/T Microsoft Outlook help needed

When I go away I export my emails, calendar, contacts etc to a .pst file on a pen drive then import the file fom my laptop. And when I come back I do the reverse so that my PC is up to date.

It all works fine except every time I open Outlook either on the PC or the laptop it starts looking for the drive.

Any idea how I can stop these error messages appearing?

And no, you-know-what doesn't work, I already tried it.

Look in your Folder List in Outlook (this is sometimes hidden - depending on your Outlook version and personal view preferences), you should see the second "Personal Folders" listed (the one that you imported from, that is on your USB drive).
It's usually at the bottom.
Right click on it and "Close Personal Folders"

(You can check the location of Personal Folders by right clicking and selecting Properties, then click the Advanced button).

You, Sir, are a star :clap2::clap2:

If ever you find yourself in the depths or rural Spain there is a beer with your name on it.

Job done.
