Does anyone know how to add cover art to albums that iTunes can't find cover art for?

I have a fair few albums on my iPhone that have either no cover art or that iTunes has found the wrong cover art for and it mildly annoys me!

Find the album cover on google image search, copy and paste it into the box for the album sleeve on itunes...simples

However if anyone knows how you can change the album sleeve on itunes if you get it wrong I'd like to know how as I have a few that I pasted incorrectly.

Right click on the track, go to 'get info' double click on the album cover bit, locate the file on your computer and select it.

(will need to save the image to your computer - simply right click the image on line, and click 'save image as...' You should save the bigger versions of the picture, or else it goes a bit blurry on itunes when the picture is bigger)

easiest way is to download tune-up. it does cost (twenty pounds or so i think) but if you turn off the i-tunes default search and run tune up alongside i-tunes (all very simple) you'll get 99.99999% matches for any music. takes a lot of hassle out of cutting and pasting, for sure.

Sorry, you also follow the same process if you want to change the art for an album, except, you can right click the album (in album view) and it'll add the artwork to every track, to save you the hassle of doing them individually).

Just sorted this out myself....downloaded a free application called fetchart which seemed to do the trick

I use media monkey to update the art on my mp3s before adding them to itunes
