O/t Flash on IPad 2

I gather it is possible get this or something like Flash that works so you can listen to Seagulls World commentary and watch BBC Sport videos. Is there a simple and relatively cheap way of doing this that can be done by a bit of a Luddite when it comes to techie stuff??

Used the Photon Web Browser tonight and listened to seagulls player radio commentary on my i-phone for the first time while walking the dog, which was nice.....
